We believe that our core business is to create manufacturing planning and control systems (MPC) for apparel and home textile manufacturing companies across the globe. We also feel that the Implementation of MPC systems should best be left into the able hands of our ERP implementation partners.

 

This allows us to maintain our focus in evolving and innovating our core products in the areas of our core competence while meaningfully engaging very competent implementation partners in the apparel and home textile manufacturing countries. These partners are knowledgeable within the areas of implementation consulting, training and business process re-engineering. Thus ensuring that responsibilities gravitate wherever the competence lies.

 
Another extremely important benefit of implementation partners is the constant stream of product improvements that emanate during ERP implementation projects. Their incorporation into the newer releases of our products makes them even closer to our customer needs.

This partnership provides comprehensive support to CNS to effectively present, market and implement our products and serve the clients efficiently. Through this partnership relation, we enable CNS Limited to become an effective implementer and representative of our product in the local industry. It is our ongoing commitment to CNS Limited to provide them with implementation and support services training until they become self-sufficient in ERP implementations within the apparel, sweaters and home textile manufacturing sector in Bangladesh.

 
Aspire Consulting

In December 2005, Algorithm Consulting (Pvt.) Ltd. started its implementation partnership with Aspire Consulting based in Karachi for the implementation of our Enterprise products in Pakistan and Middle East. The roots of Aspire Consulting date back to 1961, when the Sidat family established its first venture in Karachi, becoming one of the pioneers of the knitwear industry in Pakistan, by establishing and setting up a state-of-the-art fully vertical knitwear facility, catering to medium to higher end of the market. Since that time, the Sidat family has grown to be known for it knowledge, experience, expertise, ethics, integrity and business worthiness in the textile market. We hope to obtain a lot of leverage through our implementation partner who brings the right set of competences for effective ERP implementations.
